Fiona Hughes has been appointed chief marketing officer, Coty Consumer Beauty. She also serves as a member of the Executive Committee, reporting to Pierre Laubies, Coty CEO & Consumer Beauty president.

Most recently, Hughes was chief marketing officer and executive committee member at Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE), a global coffee and tea maker. Prior to JDE, she spent 12 years in global marketing roles at Mars Inc.
